Scope

This policy covers e31.energy, the Genie site operated by Element 31.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no forms and no inputs, so nothing you type is collected — there is nowhere to type it. The only measurement is aggregate: page views are counted, without cookies, to see which pages are read. That measurement builds no profile of you and does not follow you to other sites, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a banner.

What this site does not do

• No forms, and no collection of names, email addresses, or messages.
• No advertising or marketing trackers, and no social media pixels.
• No cookies, and no cross-site identity resolution.
• No third-party font or script CDNs. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to another company.
• No chat widget and no session recording.

Reservations

Reservations are not yet open, so no reservation data exists and none is collected — by this site or by anyone on its behalf. When reservations open, payment and contact details will go directly to a payment processor, named here before launch, and never to this website — and this policy will be updated first to describe exactly how that works.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard operational logs, which can include IP addresses and request metadata. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure.
